How to book your special event guide

Thank you for taking the time to read “How to Book an Event” guide. This page will give you all the information you need to book an event.

How do I make the booking? 

The best way to book your special day is to drop me an email with your contact information, outline of the special event including time & date & I’ll call you at a time convenient for you to discuss further details or simply give me a call, details below.

What is the booking process? 

The process is straight forward I’ll send you an email confirming the details including the cost for the booking. If you are happy with the details, I will ask you to pay a 50% deposit of the overall cost of the booked event. 

This is an approx price guide: based on 15 minutes per reading

5 clients    -   £100.00 (deposit £50.00)
10 clients  -   £195.00 (deposit £97.00)

15 clients  -   £285.00 (deposit £142.00)

If you have a larger event or wish to have a longer reading time, I will be happy to discuss the costs with you & this will be confirmed in an email to you.

How many can attend the event?
The number attending the event is up to you; I work on a ratio of 12 readings per Tarot reader over 2½ hr event.

Where will the event take place?

The venue is of your choosing, either at home or at a hired venue. Please note I do have a radius of 20 miles or a 30 minute drive from my home town of Braintree & I do not charge for travel time or petrol.

What happens if I need to cancel?

That’s not a problem; send me a confirmation of the cancellation by email & 21 days prior to the event date. I will refund your deposit in full, unfortunately less notice than 21 days notice of cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit. 

The fun stuff

I will arrange everything & the reader(s) will be booked to attend the event. I’ll contact you a few days before the event date to confirm we are still on track. The reader(s) will bring their own tools, including Tarot cards, cloths, crystals & candles.

On the day I will arrive 20 minutes before the start time, introduce my team, we will set up & other than that, sit back & enjoy your day.
