How to purchase your gift voucher guide

If  you are looking for a unique gift for that special person, whether a birthday gift or a thank you present, purchasing a gift voucher couldn't be simplilar, read on & I'll see you on the otherside.  

How do I purchase for a gift voucher?

You can either drop me an email or pick up the phone for a chat, I’ll answer all your question. If you are happy to proceed, please make the payment via the "Paypal.me" button below.

You will receive a receipt for your purchase & a confirmation email with the recipients details, please check they are correct before the gift voucher is posted. If you would prefer to collect your voucher, just let me know.  

What are the reading options & prices?

Please choose from either: 

20 mins - £30.00

30 mins - £40.00

45 mins - £55.00

60 mins - £70.00

What is the validity of the gift voucher?

All gift vouchers are valid for 3 calendar months from the date of purchase & should be redeemed before the end of this period, any unredeemed voucher will be voided, sorry about that...

Can I change the booking date?

Yes of course the booked reading date can be changed, I require a 7 days notice of the change & the new date must fall within the validity dates of the gift card. 

Cancellation, transfer & refunds
In the unfortunate circumstance that you need to cancel the purchase, please email me with your “request cancellation” email within 21 days of purchase to receive a full refund & the gift voucher will be voided from my booking system.  

** Please note gift vouchers are not normally transferrable but will be on a case by case basis **
